Vastu Mandala is the basic of all living areas, that will be worshipped, and emanate positive enegries in accordance with the cosmic order on the plot/land. Fireceremonies purify the surroundings, and clear the way for a steady and uninterrupted process of building. Many different offerings will be made, of all kind of elements, inclusive fruits, flowers, herbs, gold and silver etc. It takes normally 4 - 6 hours to perform the ritual, excluding the preparation. Travel cost and expenses (like fire wood, fruits etc.) are not included and have to be talked over personally. In general there is a donation given to the purohit and the value for the ceremony is balanced by this. Please see under Donation the guidelines.
